From the 1st text Denis was so understanding & supportive and invited me to sign up for a lean 14 day promotion which involved a mix of classes, a diet plan, weight and measurements taken etc.. I think it took me a couple of weeks before I ventured in.... from that day on, I knew instantly it was going to be a great place to train. All the trainers are so welcoming and supportive who really know their stuff! The members are so nice and friendly too and everyone makes everyone feel extremely comfortable. There is a great warm atmosphere there and there are a great mix of classes, so there is a class there to suit all standard of fitness levels! I would really recommend that you try out High Performance Training Centre, you won't be disappointed!"
